Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Address Collection
Lincsolution strictly prohibits the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website through the use of email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Any violation of this policy may result in criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
This website clearly expresses its refusal to allow the unauthorized collection of email addresses. Any act of collecting, selling, distributing, or using such addresses for transmitting information without consent may be subject to penalties under the law outlined below.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
a. No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices from websites where an intention to refuse such collection is clearly stated.
b. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
c. No one shall use such email addresses for transmitting information, knowing that their collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 74 (Penalties)
A person who violates the above provisions may be subject to a fine of up to KRW 10 million.
